Bizzneeti - a conference by NMIMS MPSTME Students' Council Colloquium.

We aim to set in motion an interaction between industry experts today and the changemakers of tomorrow to promote more start-ups. This is a platform for budding entrepreneurs to battle amongst each other in 2 comprehensive phases on the grounds of their unique ideas and intricate business plans.

Networking

Bizzneeti provides you with a platform to network with like-minded people, communicate with them, and learn from them.

Prize Pool

If you are successful in convincing the judges that your business plan has immense potential, is well-grounded, and is feasible enough to sustain in the real world, you win cash rewards worth ₹1,50,000.

Hampers

Each team that takes part in Bizzneeti 2023 will be provided hampers by the organizing team as a token of their participation.

Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5

Phase 1 (Mumbai Participants)

Phase 1 will be conducted over a span of 2 days; 11th & 12th of March. On the 11th of March, teams who will be present in Mumbai can present their pitch to judges and investors. The participants are required to submit an exhaustive document detailing their business idea and its conception from initial funding to scaling in the future.

Phase 1 (Non - Mumbai Participants)

The teams that are not in Mumbai or cannot be present in person will have a chance to present their pitches via online platforms on the 12th of March. The in-house judges would evaluate and filter the teams on the basis of their document keeping in mind the various factors of assessment mentioned in the proposal. This phase ensures maximum outreach for the sponsors with respect to the teams participating.

Speaker Session

A speaker session by a well renowned guest speaker will take place on the 14th of March. The session will revolve around the topics of entrepreneurship and startups. The session will be open for all startups taking part, as well as the students on campus.

Networking Meet

Bizzneeti '23 is organizing a Networking Meet, which will be held offline on campus on the 16th of March. The meet will commence with a speaker session by renowned industry experts followed by the networking meet. It provides a unique opportunity for all participants to interact and get to know each other through various activities and events fostering collaboration and connections with like-minded individuals. During the Networking Meet participants will also be able to interact in an informal capacity with industry experts seasoned in the entrepreneurial realm with established startups of their own, this will enable participants to draw on their experience and insights to better their own ventures.

Phase 2

Phase 2 is the grandest segment of the event. It will be held on 18th March, 2023 in an offline mode at the NMIMS University. The top 10 qualified teams that have been scrutinized owing to every aspect of their business and are confident of its feasibility now have the opportunity to pitch their business ideas in real-time to a table of renowned angel investors, who would have the opportunity of investing in these ideas and helping to turn them into reality. The phase will be accompanied by a live audience and the winners would be awarded hefty cash prizes and gift vouchers.
